Applicants create account or log in via authentication services to access the funding application forms. From the Customer dashboard they can check the progress of the application and communicate with project handlers.
The BPM workflow specifies the formal evaluation process. Each application gets a grade based on predefined criteria. By the end of the evaluation phase project handlers and decision makers apply a management sheet to view total outcome of the evaluation, suggested funding etc.
Electronic decision letters are sent to applicants via the Customer dashboard.
Some funding programs require project reports from applicants before payout – extended workflow.
It is possible to run different funding programs simultaneously. Each funding program can be customized: the application form, evaluation criteria, control mechanism, etc.
