The BPMN (Business Process Model & Notation) product Camunda is the starting point of creating Cloud4Process applications. Camunda offers powerful and user friendly mapping tools to specify automated workflows. You can specify elements such as users & roles, activities & tasks, forms, messages, data source, etc.

The graphic representation of the process is simply uploaded by the Cloud4Process administrator. Instantly, the process specifications are transformed into the Cloud4Process framework.

The Cloud4Process administration dashboard contains all key functions of implementing and maintaining digital processes, such as e-service/BPM editor, workflow settings, application registration, roles & user management, content & localization tools, statistics.

Case handling tools serve as an important element in Cloud4Process. Human intervention is usually needed at certain points within specified workflows where handlers direct cases towards the desired outcome.

Standard Cloud4Process handler system contains case handling activities as specified in the workflow diagram, administration tasks, reminders & notes. The system controls case status, timeline and keeps a log of all records.

Other roles such as customers and invited third party users use less complex versions of case tools.

Cloud4Process user interface is developed in React. It is responsive for all users. For example, customers can use digital services and communicate via mobile phones.
